Sugar
The plant is located right in the heart of one of the vast sugar cane cultivation areas in lower Sindh at Mirwah Gorchani, Taluka Mirpukhas. This is also perceived to be the most productive sugar cane growing region in the country, assuring supply of high quality sugar cane round the season for the plant. The plant is connected by a mile of metal led road to the national highway, and is also approachable by a network of other roads from various directions facilitating transport of cane from the plantation spread around. The plant has a capacity of crushing 7,500 M.Ton of sugar cane per day.Distillery
As part of the company?s policy of calculated expansion and diversification which augmenting its real financial strength and its ability, Pakistan's largest Ethanol Distillery plant was installed on the mills premises in the year 1999. A great deal of consideration and actual facilities had preceded the eventual decision to found the plants. The Distiller plant design incorporates very advanced French Technology using multi-effect vacuum distillation. Unit-I has a capacity of producing 87,500 liters per day and it was operational in the following year of its installation. The increasing demand of ethanol from European countries urges the management to setup unit-II which has a capacity of producing 87,500 liters per day.
Ferro Alloys
The plant is located at Dhabeji Thatha at main national highway about 40 kilometers from Karachi. We are the only producer of Ferro Alloys in Pakistan. The plant has a capacity of producing 1000 M.Ton of Ferro-silicon.Power
The power plant is designed to generate 15 MW Electricity. This plant is the first plant to supply coal-fired energy to Karachi Electric Supply Company to minimize energy crisis in Karachi.Others
Tanks Terminals
As part of the Company forward integration strategy the Company back in 2003 was initiated to acquire tank terminal. The transfer of the property was consummated in 2010. The tank terminal has storage capacity of 34,920 M.T. of various liquids. The terminal is located at Plot No. 63, Oil Installation Area, Kemari, Karachi and covered operations of 5,700 square foot.The terminal is equipped with the most modern facilities for the handling and storage of the various products. Our goal is to contribute to optimizing the reliability and efficiency of our customers experience by providing unbeatable services relating to storage and handling in Pakistan. We believe in proactive approach in maintaining the terminal to the highest level of standard, to achieve this, we have placed a continuous plan to check our terminal to meet the industry standards by assigning this task to an independent surveyor. Tanks are set up in such a way that suit to the most of the client specific need.

Warehouse
The Company has warehouse facility having 45,000 square feet capacity located at Dhabeji. The proximity of the warehouse from Bin Qasim and export processing zone gives added advantage to our customers for quick dispatch of their goods.White Refined Sugar
White Refined Sugar is most smell able form of sugar, produce from sugarcane. At harvest time, farmers cut off the sugarcane and transport them to a sugar processing plant to be pressed. The flavor of white refined sugar is relatively neutral, making it a popular choice for baking and sweetening drinks. This type of sugar tends to be more sticky and clumpy because of the increased moisture.Molasses
Molasses is a thick, brown to deep black, honey-like substance made when cane or beet sugar is processed. Molasses has somewhat more nutritional value than white or brown sugar. It is used primarily in alcohol and food items. It has more nutritional value than white or brown sugar.
Ethanol
Ethanol, also called ethyl alcohol, pure alcohol, grain alcohol, or drinking alcohol, is a volatile, flammable, colorless liquid. It is a psychoactive drug and one of the oldest recreational drugs. Best known as the type of alcohol found in alcoholic beverages, it is also used in thermometers, as a solvent, and as a fuel. In common usage, it is often referred to simply as alcohol or spirits.Bagasse
Bagasse is the fibrous matter that remains after sugarcane or sorghum stalks are crushed to extract their juice. It is currently used as a biofuel and in the manufacture of pulp and paper products and building materials.
Ferro Alloys And Power
Calcium carbide is produced industrially in an electric arc furnace from a mixture of lime and coke at approximately 2000 °C. This method has not changed since its invention in 1888. Pure calcium carbide is a colorless solid. Calcium carbide is used in carbide lamps, in which water drips on the carbide and the acetylene formed is ignited.Ferrosilicon is used as a source of silicon to reduce metals from their oxides and to deoxidize steel and other ferrous alloys. Ferrosilicon is a basis for manufacture of prealloys like magnesium ferrosilicon (FeSiMg), used for modification of melted malleable iron.
